Green Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 2 medium ripe bananas  sliced and frozen)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries 
  • 2 large handfuls organic spinach 
  • 1 small handful organic kale (large stems removed)
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk 
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons salted creamy almond or peanut butter (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk (or water) to thin. 
  2. Top with your favorite toppings.
