Here's the full workout:
- 10 Squats
- 10 Deadlifts
- 10 Incline Chest Presses
- 60 seconds on spin bike (max effort)
Repeat for 15 rounds with no breaks!
Make sure to choose a weight that will challenge you but also something that you'll be able to complete all 15 rounds.
