Now more than ever it is critical that you have your nutrition on point to during this quarantine. Here are 2 tips that you can use to make sure you preserve your gains:
1) Keep your protein high: Protein is the building block of muscle and the main way that you will be able to hold on to every muscle you worked so hard to build up to this point.
2) Weigh your food: Weighing your food will give you a better idea of how much you are taking in to get to your goal. Especially when it comes to protein, make sure you are getting AT LEAST 1g of protein/ lb of bodyweight. For example, if I am 200 lbs, making sure I get at least 200g of protein per day.
